Introducing Sarvam Circle

Sarvam started with a simple belief: India can build its own frontier AI, trained, run, and governed within our own perimeter, and put it to work for a billion people.

That belief is now a full stack. Frontier reasoning models pre-trained from scratch. State-of-the-art speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and vision models. Products across conversational agents, document intelligence, content transformation, and now coding and work agents. The stack runs at population scale today - more than 2 million voice conversations a day, 35 million pages digitized, roughly 1 crore API calls a day on our own models, across the public and private sector.

Creating value from AI requires an understanding of where to start, rewiring workflows, connecting to systems built over decades, and bringing thousands of people along. Our forward-deployed teams have done this inside some of the largest enterprises and institutions in India. Delivering this at country scale requires the full stack from hardware to applications, the delivery capacity to reach every sector, and the strategic understanding of each business.

Today we are announcing Sarvam Circle, our partnership programme for the firms that hold the reach, resources, and trust to reach every institution in India: the cloud providers and OEMs who bring the infrastructure AI runs on, the system integrators who deliver inside complex environments, the consulting firms who bring strategic business understanding, the ISVs who are embedded in everyday workflows, and investors who bring the portfolio reach.
