Prices in rupees, excluding GST, and include the models that run your agent. A minute is one 60-second pulse, and each call is rounded up to whole pulses. Self-serve plans are prepaid. A paid plan's monthly fee comes back as credits, one per rupee, and minutes beyond those credits are billed at the plan rate. Enterprise is postpaid and invoiced monthly.

Rate limits
Limits apply across your organisation: every campaign, instant outbound call, and inbound call counts toward them. A call that would go past a limit is rejected, so pace campaigns to stay under it.

No. The per-minute rate is end-to-end pricing. It covers the application stack that runs your agent and the speech, language, and voice models behind it, so there is no separate model or token charge. The only items billed on top are telephony, phone numbers, and simulated test runs, listed under detailed pricing.
A minute is one 60-second pulse. Each call is rounded up to whole pulses, so a 45-second call counts as 1 minute and a 61-second call counts as 2 minutes. On pay as you go, that is ₹3.50 and ₹7.00. The minutes on the slider are these pulses.
Telephony is metered separately, in 30-second pulses, also rounded up. A 45-second call on Sarvam telephony is 1 agent minute and 2 telephony pulses, so on pay as you go it costs ₹3.50 for the agent and ₹0.40 for telephony.
Only calls that connect are charged. A call that is not answered, is busy, or fails to connect costs nothing, with no agent minutes and no telephony charge. A call answered by voicemail has connected, so it is billed like any other call, for as long as the agent stays on the line.

On a paid plan you pay the monthly fee or your minutes multiplied by the plan rate, whichever is higher. The fee comes back as credits, one per rupee. On pay as you go there is no fee, so 10,000 minutes costs ₹35,000. Calls are metered in 60-second pulses, each rounded up. Self-serve plans are prepaid. Enterprise is postpaid. You get a monthly invoice for the minutes you used, with your commitment as the minimum.
No. Calls on a number rented from Sarvam cost ₹0.20 per 30-second pulse, and each number costs ₹59 every 30 days. Bringing your own telephony provider is free on Sarvam: you pay that provider directly.
A rented number renews every 30 days for ₹59 from your credit balance. If your credits can't cover the renewal on the renewal date, the number is released, and the campaigns and deployments using it are cancelled. There is no grace period, so keep enough credits for every number before it renews. The Renews At column on your phone numbers page shows each date.
Use Sarvam telephony, or bring your own: Exotel, Smartflo, Plivo, Twilio, Vobiz, InTalk, and Pulse connect self-serve. Custom SIP is available on Business (coming soon) and Enterprise, set up by our team. Bringing your own telephony is free on Sarvam, and your provider bills you directly.
Once the agent forwards a call, it is off the call, so the forwarded minutes are not charged as agent minutes. They are charged only as telephony: ₹0.40 per 30-second pulse to a phone number, or ₹0.35 per 30-second pulse to a SIP destination. The part of the call the agent handled before forwarding is billed as agent minutes as usual. For example, if the agent hands over after 50 seconds and the forwarded call lasts 2 minutes, you pay 1 agent minute and 4 forwarding pulses, which is ₹1.60 to a phone number.
Pay as you go: 4 concurrent calls and 20 calls started per minute. Pro: 10 concurrent calls and 50 calls started per minute. Growth: 30 concurrent calls and 150 calls started per minute. Business (coming soon): 120 concurrent calls and 600 calls started per minute. Enterprise limits are set for your traffic. Limits apply across your organisation, so every campaign, instant outbound call, and inbound call counts toward them.
Every plan comes with generous rate limits. As a guide, the concurrent calls you need are roughly the calls you start per second, times your connect rate, times your average talk time in seconds. If your plan's limits are not enough, upgrade to the next plan, or talk to sales about Enterprise limits. If you hit a limit on concurrent campaigns, that limit is not part of your plan: it means too many campaigns are running at the same time. Pause or stop some campaigns to continue. Upgrading your plan will not raise it.
